Did you ever wonder about seeing the brick underlay on certain streets in Fort Edward when the blacktop would wear away from the road?  R. Paul McCarty, our Town Historian,  will put your curiosity to rest in telling of the work project that took place in the early 1900’s regarding our streets.  Here are a few pics of homes that lined those streets with brick.
