All Monthly Board Meetings have been changed from the second Wednesday of each month to the second Tuesday of each month. This date change will begin October 14, 2025. The meeting time is @ 7:00 pm unless circumstances arise where the date and time need to be changed. Meetings are hybrid which is both in person and online. Online link will be posted on the day of each monthly meeting.

January 8, February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, NO MEETINGS DURING JULY AND AUGUST, September 10, October 14, November 11, and December 9, 2025.

Fort Edward Free Library Amendment Charter

September 10, 2024 The Fort Edward Free Library was notified by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York, for an on behalf of the State Education Department, and executed under the seal of said University and recorded as number 27,778.

Voted, that the provisional charter of he Fort Edward Free Library, located in Fort Edward, county of Washington, state of New York, which was granted by action of the Board of Regents on March 4, 1915; which provisional charter was extended by Regents action on September 20, 1940, June 21, 1946 and was made absolute by Regents action on February 29, 1952; amended on April 20, 2009 and July 16, 2012 be, and the same hereby is amended to specify the trustee range to be not less than five nor more than fifteen.
