I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of our patrons who continue to support our much-enjoyed community library. Despite the challenges that come with limited funding, we are thrilled to see and hear many individuals in our surrounding area recognize the value our small library brings.
In 2025, patrons collectively saved an incredible $109,441.03 by choosing to utilize our library’s resources and borrow materials instead of purchasing them. This achievement shows that libraries remain essential and play a vital role in people’s lives today. Your commitment to our library not only enriches your own lives but also helps to foster a strong sense of community. We are grateful for each and every one of you who acknowledges the importance of libraries.
Thank you for being a part of our journey for the One Hundred and Eleventh Year and for believing in the importance of libraries in today’s world. (Southern Adirondack Library System provided every member library with its own statistics, and none of the above is from any renewals.)
