August 5 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Free

Explore the sense of sight with special guest Joanne Kennedy, a specialist from Boces who teaches blind and visually impaired children. Joanne will have children and adults interact in activities such as learning Braille coloring, navigating with a cane, and wearing goggles that impair your regular vision. The skills learned during this program will definitely give you more understanding of those with this disability.
