Obtain a Library Card

To obtain a library card, please go the link below and print out the registration form. If you do not have a printer at home, you can come to the library and fill out a copy here.

Your library card gives you access to materials at Fort Edward Free Library and all of the books in the SALS (Southern Adirondack Library System) and the MVLS (Mohawk Valley Library System) member libraries. It usually takes about two days to get materials from other libraries.
