100 New Children’s Books Coming!

The Fort Edward Free Library has just been notified that it is a recipient of the Brownstone Book Fund in receiving  100 new children’s books ranging from pre-kindergarten through early readers.  The Brownstone Book Fund is a private non-profit foundation in New York City interested in fostering early reading, a love of books and encouraging parents and children to read together.  Please come to the library to explore and enjoy our new children’s book collection.  Thank you Brownstone Book Fund for …

Trevor Wilkins who holds a B.A. in Speech Communications and Theatre Performance from Pensacola Christian College will be conducting  Four, fun and interactive Theater Education Workshops for Tweens and Teens who are of the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Grade Levels.   To try and avoid conflicts with other activities, workshops are being held on Sunday afternoons from 1-5 pm at the Fort Edward Free Library. FONDANT SNOWMAN CUPCAKE TOPPERS

Adorable Fondant Snowmen Cupcake Toppers Class on Tuesday Evening December 6th 6:30 pm.  Participants will learn how to make and decorate up to one dozen snowmen toppers to adorn their own  Winter Holiday Cupcakes.  Fee for the class is $10 per-person. Please bring YOUR OWN TWEEZERS, and if possible, cuticle scissors.  (Tweezers and scissors will be disinfected here the evening of the class).
