SUMMARY:Rainstick Sensory Music
DESCRIPTION:Monday July 10th @ 6:00 pm the library will be offering this FREE craft for toddlers\, kids\, tweens and teens.  We will be making our own Rainstick Sensory Music from plastic bottles\, cut up straws\, and rice.    This enjoyable craft gives off the sound of soothing rain while making you feel relaxed.   Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult.  Pre-registration is suggested to have enough supplies for everyone to make this Rainstick.

SUMMARY:Squirt Gun Water Painting
DESCRIPTION:Thursday July 13 from 4 – 7 pm the library will be offering this Free Program for children at the Canal Street Marketplace.   Kids will fill up squirt guns that are filled with drops of food coloring and water to create their very own water color painting.   Due to using food coloring\, clothes and hands may get stained and it is suggested that good clothing not be worn.  Each painting will need to hand dry for about one half hour before taking their painting home.
