DESCRIPTION:The Fort Edward Free Library will present a 50 minute DVD Documentary film  from the History Channel Title:  Buried Secrets of the Revolutionary War.  This film  looks back to the summer of 1777 and the alliance of British troops with Native Americans in upstate New York. This program asks if the dubious circumstances surrounding the death of Jane McCrea\, a young colonist engaged to a British loyalist\, spurred the American on to victory at the Battle of Saratoga. \nFollowing the conclusion of this documentary film\, Fort Edward Town Historian\, R. Paul McCarty\, will give a brief talk about the making of the documentary along with a question and answer period following.
