Participants will be knitting a Santa Face Wash Cloth / Hand Towel. They will learn skills of casting on, knot stitch, purl stitch, measuring gauge, reading a simple chart, binding off, and binding on.  This project will require less than one skein of cotton yarn and one set of needles.  Participants are encouraged to bring needles they may have already and a ball of yarn to practice on. A full list of materials for the project will be given out the first evening class.  Needles and yarn will be available to use for those who may forget or don’t yet have the materials to practice on.  This class will be from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm beginning Wednesday October 26th and will run consecutively for the following Wednesday evenings November 2, November 9, and November 16th.  Class size is geared toward adults and limited to fifteen participants.  Please register at 747-6743.
